Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Permission to Return and Receive Credit

Goods cut to length, electronic items, lamps (globes) and non-catalogue items specially ordered in at the customer's request are not returnable. We will accept the return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION, in undamaged original packaging. Goods must be returned to us only by prior arrangement and within seven days of receipt in original unused condition together with proof of purchase (invoice/sales docket).

Delivery and return shipping charges are not refundable

A 10% restocking fee will apply.

 

We will issue credit to your bank account or Credit Card in Australian dollars.

Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. We will not be liable for loss or damage for any goods ordered with a shipping option that is specifically "at buyer's risk" or collected from our premises by the buyers courier of freight forwarder

. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of warranty claims will be our responsibility.
